Located in sunny Southern California, California State University, Northridge is an academically competitive institution known for its excellent scholastic programs and state-of-the-art facilities. With more than 30,000 students, nine colleges and a faculty of nearly 2,000, CSUN is among the largest of the 23 California State University campuses and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

CSUN offers more than 60 undergraduate degrees, 55 master’s-level degrees and two doctoral degrees. From business and film to engineering and the sciences, the university truly offers something for everyone. We pride ourselves on our small classes and professors who are invested in mentoring our students. Many students earn course credits while working as interns at major corporations or nonprofits, doing fieldwork in the community or participating in service-learning projects. We’re a teaching university — our primary mission is to provide students with high-quality instruction that will prepare them for the world of work.
