Northwestern Mutual is a financial planning firm helping its clients integrate insurance with investment planning. Chris and his team have helped attorneys, tech professionals and many others with their integrated financial planning since 2010. In his role at Northwestern Mutual, Chris has successfully led a financial advising team of 50+ along with building his own financial planning practice. Chris is a native of the Bay Area and came down to CSUN in 2005. He was a swimmer for CSUN and was captain of the men’s team in 2009. He broke the school record for the 200-medley relay that still stands today! Chris and his wife Paige have 2 daughters, Ava and Sadie. *Sylvia Manoukian* is currently VP of Property Management (PM) for the Southwest Region at JLL [3]. She oversees business development and operations for the PM business line, helping JLL win new business as well as maintain excellent client service. The Southwest region manages over 50M square feet of office and industrial properties across Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. Sylvia has worked in commercial real estate for the past 7 years, starting as a Marketing Associate at JLL. She graduated with a BA in Communication from UCLA in 2014 and more recently obtained an MBA from CSUN in 2022. She is a proud Angeleno, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley that comes from a tight-knit Armenian American family. Sylvia spends her free time with her husband and 3-month-old daughter, Emma and enjoys creative writing, reading and trying new restaurants in LA.
