Evening Bliss
Join us at the SRC Rec Pool for an evening of tranquility and sensory delight. Begin with aroma blending where you can craft a personalized scent, then surrender to the calming waves of a sound bath, as you float peacefully in the pool or relax on yoga mats by the water. This Sound Meditation for Transcendental Dreamers will transport you to a place of tranquility and harmony with soothing sounds tuned to your chakras. The meditation begins promptly at 6 p.m., so arrive early to secure your spot.
