The USU Pride Center presents Trans Week of Awareness and Trans Day of Remembrance. Join us as we and celebrate trans and gender-nonconforming brilliance, resilience and the legacy of activism that continues to inspire change. The week kicks off with a Pool Day in collaboration with the SRC, where trans joy is uplifted through fun games, lip-sync battles and giveaways. We will then immerse ourselves in trans history with a movie viewing, followed by a competitive trivia day built to educate and challenge. To commemorate trans expression and art, you are cordially invited to attend the Art Showcase, Love is a Revolution, where student work will be exhibited in the Santa Susana Room. Our culminating Trans Day of Remembrance will honor lives lost to gender-based violence, while uplifting their memories as well as the power of our community’s enduring light.       Do you need interpretation for an event? Learn about valuable veteran resources from external partners at The Blend. Each month will feature a different Veteran Service Organization, so stop by the VRC for each session.

The Blend hosts a variety of on and off-campus organizations at the Veterans Resource Center (VRC), providing an opportunity for CSUN Veterans, Reservists, National Guard members, and their Dependents to engage with resources that foster both their professional and personal development. By facilitation of these connections, The Blend aims to offer valuable networking opportunities, career guidance, and support for overall well-being.
