Judy Nieblas Named Associate Athletics Director for Finance and Business Operations
NORTHRIDGE, Calif. – CSUN Director of Athletics, Shawn Chin-Farrell has announced the hiring of Judy Nieblas as CSUN's Associate Athletics Director for Finance and Business Operations.
Nieblas will oversee the Business Office and Human Resources staff in addition to serving on the Athletics' senior management team. She will also assist the Director of Athletics with the overall development and implementation of Athletics' central business operations, including operating budget, long-range capital and operations strategic planning, and human resources.

Nieblas comes to CSUN after spending the past nine years as the Business Services Manager – Procurement Manager at the John Wooden Recreation Center at UCLA. She provided support and assistance in all administrative functions of the department. Prior to that, Nieblas served as a Business and Finance Analyst for UCLA Athletics from 2008 to 2014 where she provided analytical and administrative support to the Business and Finance Office while also reviewing and analyzing expenses.
After earning her bachelor's degree from UC Irvine in 2001, Nieblas began her career as an administrative assistant at UCLA's Jules Stein Eye Institute before being promoted to Purchasing Coordinator in 2002.
